Voyager AI Training, Tutoring & Workshop Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Voyager AI Limited provides practical AI training, tutoring, workshops, and coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations.

This policy explains how our training programs are delivered, what participants can expect, and the general terms that apply when joining a Voyager AI learning program. A separate proposal, enrollment form, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement may also apply. If there is any conflict, the specific written agreement for that program will take priority.

1. About Our Training Programs

Voyager AI training programs are designed to help participants understand and apply artificial intelligence in practical business settings.

Depending on the program, training may cover topics such as:

  • AI fundamentals, terminology, and current capabilities
  • Workflow automation
  • AI agents and business use cases
  • AI tools for research, analysis, writing, operations, and decision-making
  • AI adoption, change leadership, and product development
  • AI safety, ethics, privacy, and guardrails
  • Sector-specific applications, including real estate, investment, legal, education, manufacturing, and professional services

Programs may be customized based on the participant’s role, organization, technical level, business context, and intended use cases.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voyager AI training programs are practical professional training programs. They do not provide academic qualifications, regulated professional qualifications, or formal accreditation.

2. Program Format

Voyager AI may deliver training through one-on-one tutoring, group workshops, corporate training, private coaching, project-based sessions, or online formats.

Sessions may be held in person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on the program and what has been agreed with the participant or client.

The program duration, session length, learning objectives, delivery format, fees, and any included materials will be confirmed before the program begins.

3. Scheduling

Session dates and times are agreed in advance.

Voyager AI will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences, subject to instructor availability, normal working hours, location, and operational requirements.

Participants should provide reasonable advance notice when requesting new sessions, changes, or preferred times.

Voyager AI may assign or change instructors where necessary due to availability, expertise, scheduling, illness, conflict, or operational requirements. Where possible, Voyager AI will seek to ensure continuity and a suitable instructor fit.

4. Participant Preparation and Practice

AI training is most effective when participants apply what they learn.

Participants may be asked to complete exercises, test tools, prepare business examples, review materials, or work on personal or company projects outside scheduled sessions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, time spent on independent work, preparation, practice, or project work outside scheduled sessions is not counted as instructional time.

5. Fees and Payment

Program fees will be confirmed before enrollment or engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before sessions are scheduled or delivered. Voyager AI may withhold delivery of training until payment has been received.

Program fees cover instruction only unless otherwise stated.

Participants or clients are responsible for any third-party software subscriptions, AI tools, cloud services, licenses, APIs, plug-ins, devices, internet access, or platform fees required or recommended during the program.

Voyager AI may recommend tools, but it is not responsible for the cost, availability, security, performance, output quality, or terms of any third-party platform.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions in good faith. Rescheduling should be kept to genuine need.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants should provide at least 48 hours’ written notice to reschedule a session.

Where sufficient notice is provided, Voyager AI will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement session at no additional charge.

Late cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to attend without notice may result in the session being counted as delivered, with no refund or credit.

If Voyager AI or an instructor needs to reschedule a session, the participant will not lose that session hour. Voyager AI will offer a reasonable alternative time.

7. Withdrawal and Refunds

Refund terms may vary by program and will be stated in the relevant proposal, enrollment form, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • If a participant withdraws before any sessions have been delivered, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • If a participant withdraws after training has begun, any refund will normally be calculated based on undelivered instructional time, less reasonable administrative costs.
  • No refund will normally be provided for sessions already delivered, missed sessions, late cancellations, or programs that have been substantially completed.
  • Where a cooling-off period or refund right applies under a specific written agreement or applicable law, Voyager AI will honor that right.

Refund requests must be made in writing.

Voyager AI will review refund requests fairly and in good faith, taking into account the program terms, sessions delivered, preparation already completed, materials provided, administrative work performed, and any third-party costs incurred.

8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, templates, examples, prompts, slides, guides, exercises, recordings, documents, and resources provided by Voyager AI remain the intellectual property of Voyager AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Participants may use these materials for their own learning, internal reference, and professional development.

Participants may not copy, sell, publish, sublicense, redistribute, upload, train models on, or make Voyager AI materials available to third parties without Voyager AI’s prior written consent.

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of Voyager AI’s pre-existing materials, methods, tools, software, templates, know-how, or intellectual property.

9. Confidentiality

Voyager AI respects the confidential nature of participant and client information.

During training, participants may share business strategies, documents, data, workflows, commercial information, personal information, or other sensitive material. Voyager AI will treat such information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, where necessary to deliver the agreed services, or with permission.

Participants must also keep confidential any non-public information shared by Voyager AI, including proprietary methods, materials, commercial information, internal processes, and technical approaches.

Confidentiality obligations continue after the program ends.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known without restriction, is independently developed without using confidential information, or is lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality restrictions.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

Voyager AI handles personal data in accordance with applicable Hong Kong privacy requirements, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance where applicable.

Personal data collected in connection with a training program may be used for purposes including enrollment, scheduling, payment, delivery of training, support, administration, record keeping, legal compliance, and communication with participants or clients.

Participants should avoid sharing unnecessary personal data, confidential client information, regulated information, or highly sensitive material during training unless there is a clear need and they have authority to do so.

Where training involves company, client, or personal information, Voyager AI may recommend safer workflows, anonymization, redaction, private AI environments, or enterprise-grade tools.

Participants and clients remain responsible for deciding what information they are permitted to upload, process, disclose, or use with any AI system or third-party platform.

11. AI Tool Use and Output

Training may involve the use of AI tools, software, models, websites, plug-ins, APIs, or platforms operated by third parties.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable outputs. Participants should review AI outputs carefully before relying on them, especially for business, legal, financial, investment, medical, safety, compliance, or client-facing purposes.

Voyager AI may teach methods for improving accuracy, reducing risk, and applying human review, but Voyager AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

12. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes

Voyager AI provides training with reasonable skill and care.

However, results depend on many factors, including participant effort, business context, data quality, technical environment, management support, implementation choices, and third-party tools.

Voyager AI does not guarantee any specific business, financial, operational, academic, investment, legal, technical, or career outcome from participation in a training program.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, training content is educational and practical in nature. It should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Voyager AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to a training program.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Voyager AI’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to a training program will not exceed the fees paid to Voyager AI for that specific program.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Voyager AI is not responsible for third-party tools, platforms, software, AI models, websites, plug-ins, APIs, or services.

This includes their pricing, availability, security, privacy practices, data handling, terms of service, model behavior, output quality, outages, updates, or discontinuation.

Participants should review the terms, privacy policies, and data practices of any third-party tool before using it with business, confidential, client, regulated, or personal information.

15. Feedback, Testimonials, and Marketing

Voyager AI may request feedback from participants during or after a program.

Voyager AI will not use a participant’s name, company name, identifiable quote, testimonial, image, video, or case study for marketing without appropriate consent.

Participants may choose whether feedback is used publicly, anonymously, or not at all.

Voyager AI will not knowingly use testimonials in a misleading way.

Participants may withdraw marketing consent by contacting Voyager AI in writing. Withdrawal will apply to future use where reasonably practicable, but may not affect materials already printed, published, distributed, or archived before the withdrawal was received.

16. Force Majeure

Voyager AI will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, natural disasters, illness, epidemic or public health events, power outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, government action, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, platform outages, or other major disruptions.

Where such events affect delivery, Voyager AI will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or provide a fair alternative.

17. Communications and Electronic Records

Voyager AI may communicate with participants and clients by email, messaging platforms, video conferencing tools, online forms, electronic signatures, and other electronic means.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking relevant communications about scheduling, payment, program access, and materials.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this policy and Voyager AI training programs are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.

If the matter cannot be resolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless another dispute resolution process has been agreed in writing.

19. Updates to This Policy

Voyager AI may update this policy from time to time.

The version published on the Voyager AI website will apply unless a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, enrollment form, or statement of work states otherwise.

Where there is a conflict between this policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will take priority.
